We will arrange a suitable time with the tenant to carry out the job.
If we couldn’t contact the tenant by phone or text, we will send them a letter asking them to get in touch to arrange a time. As a last resort we will send our engineers out to knock on the door and carry out the requested work.
Documentation Delivered To You
Once the work is complete we will either email you or post the relevant documentation to your address.

After Care
- Our heating and electrical engineers will fill in all the necessary paperwork and notify all the parties involved.
- As part of our routine gas safety check we will service the boiler and certify it in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty.
All prices are inclusive of VAT
*Hourly rate will be calculated after attending the site, discounts may be applied in case of jobs taken over 2 hours to complete. Evening & weekend call outs will be charged at time and half basis. Discounts will be available for the landlords with large portfolio and regular work. Terms & Conditions apply.
